Becoming a global digital retailer

Mobile and e-commerce have helped cement the concept of different channels.  But customers don’t think that way. They shop from brands, not channels. They can take in multiple touchpoints along the way – but it’s one journey.

Providing a seamless experience for these customers involves:

  • being accessible and engaging everywhere and on everything (responsive)
  • delivering relevant content and experiences to individuals (personalisation)
  • banishing department channel silos for one digital retail team (organisational)

But without a clear digital vision and the skills to achieve this, it’s impossible to support a genuinely seamless customer experience, never mind measure results.

Touchpoints not channels

During this interactive workshop we’ll show you the power of responsive design and personalisation – and the benefits re-architecting internal teams to help break down boundaries. We’ll provide real examples of success stories and highlight best practice systems and processes.

With our retail panel on hand to share their experience, we’ll help you:

  • Define your digital vision
  • Understand the skills you need and how to organise your team
  • Establish what great customer experience and personalisation look like
  • Measure performance across departments to deliver E2E business results
  • See how technology can create a seamless customer experience

And you’ll come away with a better insight and practical tips on how to achieve great results in a digital world.
